Program Registration Withdrawal & Refund Request Form

If participants need to withdraw from the program for any reason and request a refund, please notify us at least 15 days before the program’s start date. A refund will be issued, minus a 20% administration fee as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Alternatively, we encourage you to consider keeping the amount as a credit for future program registrations or to support Across U-hub by donating your program fee instead of requesting a refund. If you choose to donate, we would be happy to provide you with a tax-deductible receipt.
