Youth Leadership Training Camp 2016
offers learning opportunities for youth to develop holistic leadership skills, self-development and teamwork ability.
A 4-day intensive program that consists of physically and mentally challenging activities that help the participating youth to identify their own strengths and weaknesses, raise the awareness of the needs of others and thereby to learn some basic interpersonal and creative skills to help build up one another in a community setting.

Objective

Find lifelong friends by sharing personal experiences with mentors and campers around a camp fire

Discover yourself through interactive activities, team challenges, and debriefing sessions

Develop teamwork skills and confidence through games, such as taking part in multimedia activities and accomplishing challenging tasks

What will the camp include ?

  • Ropes courses, team building initiatives, outdoor command tasks, forum discussion, interactive and multimedia workshops, guest speaker seminars, heart-to-heart small group sharing and more
