  3. Fundraising & Youth Awards Celebration Dinner –
    November 2, 2025 (Sunday)
    1:30 pm – 10:30 pm

  • Youth of 16 and above
  • Those who are interested to serve the community and meet new friends from different backgrounds

Total volunteer hours to be given*:
10-15 hours

Volunteer Opportunities

House Team

  • Ambassadors:
    Welcome and guide our guests, introducing Across U-hub to them.

  • Reception Hosts:
    Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area, assisting guests with check-in and inquiries.

  • Sales Booth Assistants:
    Engage with guests at the sales booth, provide information, and assist with purchases.

Handcraft Team

  • Handcraft Volunteers:
    Before the Gala (mid-September to early-November, 2025), to prepare the handcraft fundraising products for table prizes and the sales booth.

Training Session
October 25, 2025 (Sat), 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

*All volunteers MUST COMPLETE the training prior to the event.

Preparation Day
November 1, 2025 (Sat), 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

To assist in preparing and packing the materials for the Fundraising & Youth Awards Celebration Dinner 2025 on the next day.

To help in venue setup, to assist with the operation throughout the Fundraising & Youth Awards Celebration Dinner 2025 and to pack the materials after the event.

Volunteer Orientation

New volunteers must complete the following orientation session prior to the training:

  • October 9, 2025 (Thursday)
    7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
