VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT FOR CITY MOSAIC 2019

From February to May every year, more than 80 volunteers get involved at the one-day urban adventure FROM PLANNING TO EXECUTION.

We welcome volunteers of various backgrounds, from university associations and cultural groups to individuals, from youths to young adults.

Let’s be part of the volunteer team on May 25 to promote Toronto’s RICHNESS IN CULTURE and MEET NEW FRIENDS. Numerous opportunities are available in different areas varying in levels of commitment and skills.

City Mosaic Information Session:

15th Annual City Mosaic:

– Administration and Logistics Assistant x 8

(1) Full Day [7:30am – 7:30pm]
– Administration and Logistics Assistant x 8
– Program Assistant (At Checkpoint) x 10
– Photographer x 2
– Videographer x 2
– Stage Assistant x 2

(2) Half Day [3:00pm – 7:30pm]
– Program Assistant (Finishing Line/Marking) x 8
– Administration and Logistics Assistant x 4

Volunteer Orientation

(New volunteers must complete ONE orientation prior to the training)

  • Tuesday, Apr 16 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
  • Wednesday, May 1 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Volunteer Training

(All volunteers must complete the training prior to the event. Light refreshment will be served. )

  • Training #1 - Saturday, May 11 from 2:00 to 6:00pm
