Who is the instructor?

Teresa Chan

Teresa made the first bread 10+ years ago at George Brown College. Inspired by her mom, she takes baking as her hobby, and keeps exploring different types of baking products through a lot of trial and error. At the end, she discovered the magic of bread: seeing how the simple ingredients – water, flour, yeast and salt – mix together giving rise to something unique is like seeing a small miracle being born every time.
