Art & Craft Vendors: This application is for individual creators selling handmade artisan, original, or custom-designed items.

PLEASE NOTE: vendors selling any food and/or beverage items will not be accepted within this category, please review the Food & Beverage Vendor Application.

Thank you for your interest in joining Across U-hub’s East Asian Youth Festival 2026.

To apply for the Art & Craft Vendor of the East Asian Youth Festival 2026, please fill in the following Application Form, acknowledge and agree on the Vendor’s Guidelines and Waiver Statement before submitting your application. Details of the Youth Festival can be referred to the website here.

Application: Points to Note

Here are some points to note regarding your application –

(A) Important Dates

  • Deadline of Application: April 24, 2026 (Friday), 12:00 noon
  • Results Announcement: By email, no later than May 1, 2026 (Friday)

(B) Booth Information

  • Vendor fee: $100/booth, covering the vendor insurance, one table and two chairs to be provided onsite
  • A $20 Rebate on the Vendor Fee (Optional Participation):
    Vendors can receive a $20 rebate on their vendor fee by donating handmade artisan gift(s) valued at $20 for lucky draw at the event. In return for their donation, eligible vendors will receive a $20 discount on the vendor fee. The rebate will be credited within one week following the event.
  • Available Booth: 20+ booth spaces
  • Booth Size: 4 x 6 ft.
  • Table Size: 2.5 x 6 ft. (vendors are required to bring their own table cloth for the booth)
  • Outdoor Booth: canopy provided, to be set up in a sheltered area at the outdoor lawn, and NO access to electricity
  • [FULL] Indoor Booth: to be set up at the foyer or inside the gym, please specify in your application if access to electricity is needed
