Community Partner Application

The East Asian Youth Festival is all about COMMUNITY.
We want to feature the organizations that adds value to our youth, and the East Asian-oriented market atmosphere. We hope our Community Partners to take this opportunity to promote their upcoming events, programs for youth, and to introduce their missions and goals.

Thank you for your interest in joining Across U-hub’s East Asian Youth Festival 2026.

To apply for the Community Partner of the East Asian Youth Festival 2026, please fill in the following Application Form, acknowledge and agree on the Community Partner’s Guidelines and Waiver Statement before submitting your application. Details of the Youth Festival can be referred to the website here.

Booth Information

  • Fee: $100/booth, covering the insurance, one table and two chairs to be provided onsite
  • Available Booth: 5+ booth spaces
  • Booth Size: 4 x 6 ft.
  • Table Size: 2.5 x 6 ft. (community partners are required to bring their own table cloth for the booth)
  • Booth Location: OUTDOOR, canopy tent provided, to be set up in a sheltered area at the outdoor lawn, and NO access to electricity
  • Remarks: If you have your own canopy tent, table, and chairs, you are encouraged to bring and set them up.
